Construction disputes usually arise due to a combination of environmental and behavioral factors that, due to the complexity of such long-term projects, are virtually impossible to foresee at the beginning when the contract is being created. 

The expert testimony and cost estimate provided by Core Consulting Group Inc., in the case Bose v. Gee-Ar-Gee Construction figured prominently in the final outcome.

Plaintiff was seeking $124,000. The Judge disagreed with plaintiff’s expert and ruled based on Core’s cost estimate, awarding plaintiff $36,162.89.
