Mr. Rashti has over 33 years of structural engineering experience in the design of wood, steel, concrete and masonry structures located all over the United States. He is the engineer of record for a variety of single family residences (custom homes), residential apartment buildings, condominiums, numerous commercial facilities such as office buildings, shopping centers, and educational facilities such as elementary, middle and high schools; community colleges, universities and hospitals projects. Between 1992 and 1996 Mr. Rashti was employed as senior structural engineer with the Division of the State Architect where he reviewed over $600 million dollars of K-12 schools and community college projects for compliance with the requirements of the building codes for structural safety prior to their construction. He has proficiency in seismic evaluation, finite element analysis, building codes, structural analysis of steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and wood structures.

Mr. Rashti has been serving the legal community with expert witness services for the past 24 years and continues to use his structural expertise to bring these legal cases to a successful completion. Mr. Rashti has served on various committees and continues to be actively involved in the structural engineering community.
