Mr. Fragoso has 25+ years’ industry experience including program management, engineering, general contracting, failure analysis, and business development with a proven track record of outstanding performance. Mr. Fragoso is experienced in contract reviews and claims analysis, construction cost estimating, change order negotiations, expert witness testimony and destructive testing, as well as standard of care for General Contractors. Mark has managed construction projects and construction litigation cases with numerous clients including Public Agencies (i.e. State of California DGS), Insurance Companies, Attorneys, Regulatory Agencies, Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and Property Owners. In addition, Mark has extensive experience in education and is currently a Professor at California State University, Sacramento, and is an AAMA (Window & Door) Accredited Installation Masters Trainer, and AWCI Certificated EIFS Inspector. Mr. Fragoso’s broad project management background, combined with his solid problem solving skills, allows him to firmly grasp the key issues, and use his understanding as a basis from which to develop a reasonable solution or opinion.
