Core Consulting Group Inc.. was lead expert in decisive victory for the building industry. The Boyd v. Western Pacific Housing case is the largest SB 800 jury trial to go to verdict in California. Plaintiffs, owners of 21 homes in Riverside County, alleged a cost to repair prior to the start of trial in the amount of $3.8 million; their demand fell to $1.2 million during trial.
