Joe Rowland

Mr. Rowland’s career path began in insurance claims.  In 1989, Mr. Rowland joined Farmers Insurance Group, rapidly moving through the Farmers Insurance Management Program before moving on to Golden Eagle Insurance.  At Golden Eagle, Mr. Rowland handled a myriad of GL claims but it was at Golden Eagle where his focus became construction defect claims.  Until 2001, Mr. Rowland managed construction defect claims for a number of carriers including Golden Eagle, ICW Group, and Safeco Insurance.  At ICW Group, Mr. Rowland was fortunate to have cross-trained in the various departments within ICW Group including, sales, audit, claims, underwriting, and management.  In 2001 Mr. Rowland brought his knowledge and expertise to the insurance repair industry subsequently transitioning to construction consulting in 2003.  Mr. Rowland plans to focus the remainder of his career on the construction consulting industry and, through Core Consulting Group Inc., bringing the very best in forensic consulting, construction consulting, and construction to his clients.  Mr. Rowland enjoys, running in the mountains, swimming, biking, surfing, and spending quality time with his family.
